I’d read a lot of articles this week about Aldi selling Wagyu beef, the most expensive steak in the world, I’m lead to believe, for the bargain price of ¬£7.29! I only live 2 minutes away from an Aldi, and knowing that I would never be able to afford a Wagyu beef steak in a restaurant¬†(¬£90 for the same size steak in upmarket places), I decided to have a go at cooking some myself. Please forgive the lack of posting over the last month, I’m afraid I was a bit busy over Christmas as I moved house the first weekend in January! I trust you all had a lovely break and you are enjoying 2016 so far.

Now that I’m pretty much settled into my new home, I promise to bring you a lot more recipes and recommendations – hopefully you’ll enjoy them as much as I like making them!
