A few nights a go, I had the pleasure of being invited to Cibo, a wonderful Italian restaurant in Manchester City Centre. Located just opposite the Hilton on Liverpool Street, Cibo offers up a relaxed, intimate dining environment with a menu that focuses on fresh ingredients, with extra Italian heart and soul.
I’ve been wanting to share this blog post for bloody ages, but simply haven’t found the time recently to write it up. So, now my mental Summer of many, many weddings is over, I’m getting back on the proverbial blogging horse in earnest.

At the moment South Manchester is absolutely buzzing with great independent restaurants, bars and cafes. I feel like sometimes we’re just too spoilt for choice!
